1) DEBIT OR CREDIT PAYMENTS ONLY! We will only be accepting credit card or debit card payments for this sale. A 15% buyer's premium plus any applicable tax will be added to each item. All winners will be charged upon completion of the sale, so your invoice will already be paid when you arrive to pick up your items. DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR INVOICE EMAIL, as you will be replying to an automated system and not an individual. We will not have staff or boxes available to help you load items. PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Time: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY due to minimal parking. Appointments are available Friday (8/7) from 1pm - 5pm, Saturday (8/8) from 12pm - 5pm, and Sunday (8/9) from 12pm - 5pm.  Pick-up for furniture items / lots labeled "Special Pickup Instructions" CANNOT be picked up until Sunday (8/9). BRING HELP & BOXES, THERE WILL BE NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE ANY ITEMS.

Any items not picked up by last day of scheduled pick up with out prior agreement will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited. If your invoice has not been paid by last day of scheduled pick up without prior agreement, your bidding privileges may be suspended.

Lots will begin closing on Thursday, August 6th at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

Pickup will be Friday (08/7), Saturday (08/8) and Sunday (08/9) by appointment only. BRING BOXES, EQUIPMENT, AND HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS! If you are interested in shipping, please read the following lot. All shipping requests must be approved based on size and weight. All shipping requests must be made no later Saturday, 8/8 by 5:00 PM to qualify.

Only items that can fit in a USPS size small priority box or envelope are considered eligible for shipping. The charge to ship items THAT WILL FIT in photo shown will be $5 per package plus actual shipping charges including USPS insurance. Be mindful of bidding if you will require shipping. If you need additional information or questions about shipping, please text 478-957-1717 with your name. Not all items are able to be shipped. All shipping requests MUST BE MADE by Saturday 08/7 at 5:00 PM. Feel free to reach out anytime before auction closing to see if items you are interested in are eligible for shipping.
