Do not drive up alley as there is NO parking at the residence. Park then walk up alley to enter rear of house. The house will be the 2nd one the right when you are walking up the alley.

We are pleased to present the FINAL online estate auction for Dr. & Mrs. Stephen Cottrell of Macon, GA. Dr. Cottrell graduated from Columbia University in NY with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He moved to Rochester, NY where he worked at Eastman Dental Center. This is where he met his wife Raquel who was a dental assistant.
The estate includes beautiful jewelry (gold, sterling and costume), several guns, vintage dental equipment, ladies handbags, a ton of tools, gardening items, very nice wrought iron furniture, Craftsman toolbox, freezers, and much more. There are also graded coins as well as paper money that you don't want to miss!
Dr. Cottrell entered the Air Force in 1977 at Griffiss AFB, NY as a dentist. His journey in the Air Force took him and Raquel to New Hampshire, Spain, Italy then to Georgia. During their time in Europe, they traveled covering most of Europe, Greece & Africa. They filled their home with treasures from all over the world that you will find in this estate.
This is the final auction for this estate. All lots won during the auction will need to be picked up during the scheduled pickup days/times as the home will be listed for sale and all contents must be removed.

Items listed in any estate auction are considered used unless they are sealed in their original factory packaging. PICKUP:
We make every effort to inform all winning bidders about inspection and pickup dates. All items must be collected by the last scheduled pickup day as indicated on the respective online auction page. Any items not picked up by this final date will be considered forfeited, unless prior approval has been granted by the auctioneer for that auction. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to pick up within the deadline and contact us for any approval for an extended pick up date.
MOST IMPORTANT - Winning bidders must bring help to move large or heavy items or for anyone requiring help to move or lift any item. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT BRING HELP, and requires help, will not be able to pick up items and items will be forfeited if not removed by last scheduled date of pick up. IF YOU CANNOT BRING HELP AND CANNOT MOVE THE ITEMS YOURSELF, DO NOT BID!

Pick-up of lots OTHER THAN FIREARMS is by appointment only - 5 appointments are available every 30 minutes on Friday, June 20th, Saturday June 21st & Sunday June 22nd 12 NOON - 5PM. BRING HELP, HAND TRUCKS, BOXES, AND PACKING PAPER. THERE WILL BE NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE ANY ITEMS.
Any items not picked up by last day of scheduled pick up with out prior agreement will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited. IF YOUR INVOICE has not been paid by last day of scheduled pick up without prior agreement, your bidding privileges may be suspended.

The main office is located at 107 Oak Valley Dr., Macon, GA 31217. The guns can be picked up on Monday (6/22) between 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Due to the increased time to call in background checks and the rise in delays, we will charge $20.00 per invoice if the buyer does not have a valid Georgia carry permit.
