Lots will begin closing on Friday, June 20 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. This is a true estate vehicle having belonged to Mr. Crowder and the title will be signed by the administrator of the estate. The battery is completely dead.  A jump box was used to crank the truck for the video.  There is some engine noise (listen in video).  The winner will need to be prepared with a battery, and maybe a trailer.  Please come to inspection to see what you think.

Update 6/20/25: Title now in hand, and this was a two party title which was assigned to the deceased by the other party, but not processed.  We will take steps to straighten up the title and add this vehicle to an upcoming auction.

This is a true estate vehicle having belonged to Mr. Crowder and the title will be signed by the administrator of the estate. This Ranger does turn over (on its own battery), but it did not crank.  It does fire on starting fluid, but it quickly shuts off. The fuel gauge reads dead empty, so it may be that easy.  The winning bidder will want to prepare for a tow or trailer.

The Johnson is a 1983 loop charged 2 cylinder 50.  The "1648ss" model designation is for a 16' length, a 48" FLOOR width, and stick steering.  The actual width at the widest point is approximately 70" (see photos).  The Accessories include hand made t-bar rod holders, giant custom seats, a Minn Kota Power Drive trolling motor, a Humminbird depth finder, and other items seen in the photos.  The trolling motor has a custom hand operated electronic control, but we could not test it's operation due to the trolling motor battery being completely drained. The consignor states that the Johnson runs fine on a flush attachment, and that there aren't any known issues. See lot 2003 for items discovered in the shop that PROBABLY match this boat.

One tie clip is marked Sterling, the other is not marked.
