PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED at this location. Please be sure NOT to block any driveways or through traffic on the road. You will need to park at the end of the paved portion of Crestview and walk to the house. Otherwise, you will be trapped and / or block the driveway to the neighboring house.

Friday, April 18 from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Lots will begin closing on Friday, April 18 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

Thank you for bidding!  Your lots are located at 185 Crestview Road, Jackson, GA 30233.  Due to extremely limited parking, pick-up will be by appointment on Saturday (4/19) and Monday (4/21) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  If you have won only 1 or 2 small items (not group lots or big things), you may stop by without an appointment.  Please park on the side of Crestview Road BEFORE you get to the house as there is only room for 1 car at a time in the driveway. Do not block traffic on the dirt portion of the road in front of the house, as this continues to another house which you will trap, and you won't have any way to turn around.  We will let you drive down the driveway AFTER you have gathered your things and can get in and out quickly.  If you have won an item with *** SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS ***, please pick an appointment after 12 PM on Monday so that others can get their lots out of your way.

BRING HELP & BOXES. THERE WILL BE NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE ANY ITEMS.
