Please note that the home on South Forest Lake Drive is 2 stories and packed extremely tightly with things!  Lots located upstairs are labeled as such in the lot name.  PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN MOVING THROUGH THE HOME!  It will be very easy to bump into something and create a domino effect!

Lots will begin closing on Friday, March 7 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

If you have won lots, your lots (other than firearms) are located at 752 S. Forest Lake Rd., Macon, GA 31210.  This location is extremely packed with things, so please take care not to bump into anything when moving through the house.  Due to limited parking, pick-up will be by appointment on Saturday (3/8), Sunday (3/9), and Monday (3/10) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  If you have won only 1 or 2 small items (not group lots or big things), you may stop by without an appointment.  Please do not block traffic on the street, block any driveways, or park any any neighbor's grass.  Please park on the same side of the road as the house either on Timberlane or on S. Forest Lake.  If you have won an item with *** SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS ***, please pick an appointment Late Sunday afternoon or Monday afternoon so that others can get their lots out of your way.  BRING HELP & BOXES. THERE WILL BE NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU MOVE ANY ITEMS.

Firearms (lots 901 - 907) are located at our main office which is 107 Oak Valley Road, Macon, GA 31217.  These lots can be picked up Monday (3/10) or Tuesday (3/11) between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM.  

If you need shipping for small items that will fit into a USPS priority mail box only, email rscottauctioneer@gmail.com or text 478-390-3502 with your request before the end of the day Sunday.  All non-auto / firearm items must be removed by Monday, March 10 by 5:00 PM.  Any items remaining without PRIOR arrangements will be forfeited.

Firearm lots are located at our main office (107 Oak Valley Dr., Macon, GA 31217) where the winning bidders will need to visit either Monday, March 10 or Tuesday, March 11 between 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM to present a carry permit and / or provide information for the required background check.  The bidder name on the invoice MUST BE the person who picks up the firearms due to Federal regulations.
