THE RESCHEDULED CLOSING TIME FOR THIS AUCTION IS Saturday, January 18 with lots beginning to close out at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.
THE RESCHEDULED Pick-up for this auction will be Sunday (1/19) and Monday (1/20) between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you win furniture items on which other lots are located, please wait until late in the pick-up time frame so that others can get their lots out of your way. Pick-up of the automobiles will be by appointment only (see those lots). Due to limited parking, all bidders will need to park on the street, check in, gather winnings, and then wait for a turn to come up the driveway to load.
