Lots will begin closing on Saturday, January 25 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

Pick-up for lots WITHOUT "SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS" will be Sunday (1/26), Monday (1/27), and Tuesday (1/28) between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Pick-up for lots WITH "SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS" will be Monday (1/27) from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Tuesday (1/28) between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. To be safe on the lots with "SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS" which will be trapped by other lots at the beginning of the pickup, you may want to text 478-390-3502 to see if enough of the surrounding lots have been removed to clear your way before arriving.

The charge to ship items THAT WILL FIT into a USPS priority mail flat rate padded envelope will be $5 per envelope plus actual shipping charges including USPS insurance.

The refrigerator and other appliances will remain with the camper.  A soft spot in the floor of the rear cabin has been covered with wood above the proper flooring frame rails.  This vehicle is titled, and so additional fees to be paid by the winning bidder are:

True mileage unknown.  No Battery.  Not running.  Consignor states that it is believed that it needed a clutch or flywheel when parked.  Will try to test with jump box and starting fluid prior to auction close to see if it can be turned over without a battery and will fire. Update 1.25.25 - Engine is not locked up. Starter will not engage. Maybe wiring, ignition switch, or starter solenoid related.

Consignor states that this tractor was last used either 2 or 3 years ago, and so it did operate at that time. The tires will not hold air for more than a day. Please come to inspection to judge what work will need to be done to get it back into operating condition. Does not include attached disc harrow. See lot 904-2250.

Consignor states that this unit was last used in clearing the site where the home is built. Records show that the home was built in 1978. The winning bidder will need to be prepared to remove some small trees in order to remove. Please come to inspection to see what will be required to return it to working condition.
