The driveway for this address is located in a curve on Sparta Hwy. close to the point when the highway returns to 2 lanes after leaving downtown Milledgeville and crossing the Oconee river.  Slow down when you get into the curve, because it sneaks up on you quickly!  Enlarge the photos for this lot to see Google satellite photos of this location.  There is only room for 3-4 cars in front of the house, and so please follow the cones to park in the side or back yard if the front is full.  DO NOT BLOCK THE AREA NEAR THE CONES SO THAT PEOPLE CAN PASS INTO THE SIDE AND BACK YARDS.  IF IS RAINING, be aware that there is a hill into the side and back yards.  Front wheel drive cars and certainly 4 wheel drive vehicles will have no troubles, but if you drive a vehicle with traction issues, be aware that wet grass can be slippery, and we don't need you to get stuck!  Also, WE HAVE ADDED SATURDAY, 9/21 AS  AN ADDITIONAL PICK-UP DAY, SINCE THE WEATHER LOOKS LIKE IT MAY BE BETTER NEXT WEEKEND. 

Inspection for this auction will be Saturday, September 14 from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Lots will begin closing on Saturday, September 14 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

Pick-up will be Sunday (9/15) and Monday (9/16) between 12:00 - 5:00 PM AND Saturday (9/21) between 12:00 - 3:00 PM.  PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO FURNITURE LOTS LISTED WITH *** SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS*** as they cannot be removed on Sunday.  If you win any of these lots, you can text 478-390-3502 to see if they are clear to pick up before arriving.  Please read the location lot above for notes on where to park, weather, etc.
