Don't miss the Downtown Macon business liquidation at the Fickling building! Find everything from decor to supplies. Offices are sold as a lot, while common area items will be listed individually or in groups. Pick-up by appointment only. Keep checking back as new items may be added up to and until the last day of the auction.

Inspection:  Tuesday, July 16th, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Upon entering the building, you must sign in at the front desk before entering the elevator. All items are as found, we do not inspect items, you must inspect them for accuracy and functionality.

      Online bidding will end Thursday, July 18th, beginning at 2:00 PM / NO PICK-UP until Saturday & Sunday

Pick-Up:  By appointment only!  Saturday, July 20th, & Sunday, July 21st from Noon until 6:00 PM.  We will provide a link at the end of the auction for you to sign up for your pick-up appointment.  Bring help for moving items. Bring your own tools, hand trucks, dollies, boxes, or whatever you may need in packing & moving your items.  All items are on the 9th floor.  Elevator is available.  
BRING HELP FOR LOADING, WE WILL NOT HAVE HELP AVAILABLE FOR YOU!

NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE.  Lots are too large to allow for shipping. You are welcome to schedule your own shipping and have them coordinate with us.  Pick-up must be within the time frame listed above.

Any items not picked up by last day of scheduled pick up without prior agreement will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited.
IF YOUR INVOICE has not been paid by last day of scheduled pick up without prior email or text agreement, your bidding privileges will be suspended, items will be considered abandoned property and will be forfeited.  Account must be at a $0 balance to maintain bidding privileges.
