Inspection for this auction will be Saturday, June 22 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Lots will begin closing on Saturday, June 22 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.

Pick-up will be Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday between 12:00 - 5:00 PM. PLEASE USE THE ALLEY NEXT TO THE BUILDING TO PARK, come to the front door to sign in, we will show you to your lots, you'll gather your things, and THEN we can let you access the front and side doors for loading.

If you have won any furniture items on which other lots are sitting, PLEASE WAIT until later in this time frame so that other bidders can get their things out of your way.

LOL... So, you can buy one today online for $41,600.  (I just had to add that screen shot to the photos.) These do typically sell for a lot of money, but that particular unit may be a little over-priced without J.W. Fiske's DNA embedded in the copper!

Look these up. They are insanely expensive new.
