You will be parking in front of the neighbor's shop on Hwy. 18 and then walking right next door to the Peavy house. PLEASE NOTE that lots in the back buildings (buildings 2, 3, 4, and outside lots in back yard) will not be accessible with a trailer. There is a 9' wide gate that the consignor has given permission to drive through to get a vehicle without a trailer closer to these buildings in the back yard and back buildings, but there is a large tree just through that gate that will keep you from being able to pull a trailer through.
Inspection for this auction will be Saturday, April 13 from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. A drop cord reel will be available for testing electric tools.
Lots will begin closing on SATURDAY, April 13 at 9:00 PM. Twenty lots are scheduled to close per minute, so use your watchlist for bidding, or be prepared to move fast! Also, if any lot gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time, a 5 minute extension will be added for bidding on that lot. These extensions may continue until there are no bids received on the lot for 5 minutes.
Pick-up will be Sunday (4/14) and Monday (4/15) between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND HELP FOR LOADING UP!
The charge to ship items THAT WILL FIT into a USPS priority mail flat rate padded envelope will be $5 per envelope plus actual shipping charges including USPS insurance.
