This auction is for the Real Estate located at 4797 West Oak Court and the contents of the home. 

This auction is from the estate of Air Force Retired Master Sergeant Wade Foster and his late wife Mary Foster.  Master Sergeant Foster received many awards and medals in his 21 years in the Air Force.  His late wife, Mary, was a cashier at Walmart.

They were collectors of coins, other currency, Hallmark ornaments, Princess Diana and all things regarding the Royal Family.  

The contents of this auction include a LARGE collection of Hallmark ornaments (many never opened) to include Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, Star Trek, Star Wars, Lionel Trains, and so many more.  There are also several nice antique pieces of furniture, LOTS of kitchen items (many new), TONS of DVD/Blu Ray/VHS (many sealed) and so much more.

You will also find new fishing items and knives in this auction. 

PREVIEW/INSPECTION:  Thursday, March 7th 12:00 noon - 4:00 PM

PICKUP:  Saturday, March 9th & Sunday, March 10th - 12:00 NOON - 4:00 PM  (NO FRIDAY PICK UP)  ***If you need to pick up on Monday, March 11th (due to Peaches to Beaches) please call/text Bridgett by 5PM Saturday to make arrangements.  If you win an item that has ****SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS please plan to come Sunday after 2 PM to pick it up.

****ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4PM ON MONDAY, MARCH 11th OR THEY ARE FORFEITED.
