New tires. Not running. Consignor states that diagnostic software stated that the issue was a fuel pump fault, and so the entire fuel pump assembly was just replaced. This was not the issue as the engine is still not receiving fuel. This issue is most likely electrical (maybe even as simple as a fuel pump relay?) as the engine will fire briefly if you add fuel to the intake. New pictures added today after inspection... The consignor cleaned up the outside, and so it looks much better!
