A 13% buyer’s premium plus any applicable tax will be added to each item. Winners WILL NOT be charged at the conclusion of the sale so that they will have a chance to pay at the main office and have an opportunity to have the buyer's premium reduced to 10%.

Also, if there is a bid placed on any individual lot within the last 5 minutes of that particular lot's scheduled ending time, the lot will be extended for another 5 minutes until all extended bidding is finished.
