This auction includes items from a Retail Home Improvement Store Returns Center.  This is merchandise that has either been returned for damage, missing parts, purchaser decided they did not want as well as overstock items and seasonal items.  You can come to the auction location during inspection times to view each item in person prior to bidding.  All items sell as is, where is without warranty or guarantee.

PAYMENT:  Credit/Debit Card ONLY - Buyers Fee: 15%
