The Assets will be offered in 5 smaller groupings AND as a complete package:

Lot 1 - Booray Master License # 15300 - Master License and 62 COAM's Located in Storage
Lot 2 - PNP Master License # 15119 - Master License Only
Lot 3 - Krishna Master License # 17004 - Master License Only
Lot 4 - Locations No. 1-6 - Location Licenses and COAM's Only
Lot 5 - Locations No. 7-11 - Location Licenses and COAM's Only
Lot 6 - Locations No. 12-16 (Location 14 has been removed) - Location Licenses and COAM's Only
Lot 7 - Locations No. 17-21 - Location Licenses and COAM's Only

AND

Lot 10 - Complete Package - Includes Lots 1-7 - Booray, PNP & Krishna Master Licenses, Location Contracts & COAM's

The Receiver reserves the right to:

Accept the bids individually for each of the lots 1-7 OR
Accept the bid for the complete package OR
Reject any bids

Bidding Tip: You may bid on any of the lots 1-7 at the same time you are bidding on lot 10 to ensure being the winning bidder on any assets you desire regardless of whether the lots sell individually or as a complete package. The winning bid for the complete package will be competing against the cumulative winning bids for lots 1-5.

All Bids Binding: All Bids, including winning bids, back up bids & all other non-winning bids for lots 1-7 and lot 10, are binding until June 24th, 2020 at 5:00PM.

There are two methods for placing bids in this auction:
1. Place Bid When you place your maximum bid, use the "Place Bid" selection box, the current bid price does not automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will increase as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified.

2. Force Bid If you place your bid in the “Force Bid” selection box, your bid will jump to the entered amount and will then be the current bid, unless a bidder had previously entered an amount equal or greater to the amount you entered.

Five Minute Auto Extend Feature
Our Online Auctions are timed events that have an auto-extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. A bid placed on any lot within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on all lots. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 2:00 pm receives a bid on a lot at 1:59 pm, the close time of the auction automatically extends to 2:05 pm. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on any lots within a 5 minute time frame.

Only the licenses, contracts and assets will be offered in this auction. No ownership interest in the S&W Amusements Inc. entity is being conveyed. Bid increments shall be determined by the Auctioneer.
