ITEMS:
Items listed in any estate auction are considered used unless they are sealed in their original factory packaging. New Store Stock auction items may include unsold items, shelf pulls, overstock, or non-damaged returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that all items, whether from an estate or classified as new store stock, are complete and meet their condition requirements.

Please note that photos provided are for product identification purposes only and do not reflect the condition of the property. While we strive to highlight any damage we observe, these descriptions should not be considered a comprehensive representation of the item's condition.

Estate items usually do not come with Certificates of Authenticity or any form of proof of authenticity, even if the seller claims the item is genuine. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the authenticity of items before placing a bid.

All items are sold "As Is, Where Is, with any and all faults". 

PICKUP:
We make every effort to inform all winning bidders about inspection and pickup dates. All items must be collected by the last scheduled pickup day as indicated on the respective online auction page. Any items not picked up by this final date will be considered forfeited, unless prior approval has been granted by the auctioneer for that auction. It is the winning bidder's responsibility to pick up within the deadline and contact us for any approval for an extended pick up date.

MOST IMPORTANT - Winning bidders must bring help to move large or heavy items or for anyone requiring help to move or lift any item.  ANYONE WHO DOES NOT BRING HELP, and requires help, will not be able to pick up items and items will be forfeited if not removed by last scheduled date of pick up.   IF YOU CANNOT BRING HELP AND CANNOT MOVE THE ITEMS YOURSELF, DO NOT BID!
